Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Legal Associate

to join our in-house legal and compliance team. The ideal candidate will assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation while supporting compliance and corporate governance processes across client portfolios. This role offers excellent exposure to financial, corporate, and regulatory law in a professional advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Support due diligence, compliance checks, and documentation for clients.
  • Research and analyze laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to finance and corporate governance.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsels and regulatory bodies when required.
  • Maintain and organize legal records, filings, and reports.
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized university.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and financial laws.
  • Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a multidisciplinary advisory environment.
