1. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Legal Associate to support the legal team in day-to-day operations. The role involves assisting with legal research, drafting basic documents, supporting contract reviews, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Legal Research & Documentation

  • Conduct legal research on various topics such as corporate law, labor law, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing legal memoranda, briefs, and notes.

B. Contract Support

  • Draft and review simple agreements, notices, and letters under guidance.
  • Help maintain and organize contract files and databases.

C. Compliance Assistance

  • Support in monitoring regulatory updates and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for statutory filings and audits.

D. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments for collecting data or documents required for legal tasks.
  • Assist senior lawyers in preparing case files, correspondence, and reports.

E. Litigation Support (If applicable)

  • Help prepare documents for court filings.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.

F. Administrative Tasks

  • Manage legal documentation and maintain proper records.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B)
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
