Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. This

internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic legal environment.

The intern will assist our legal team with various tasks, including legal research, document review,

and drafting. This role is ideal for a final-year law student or recent law graduate looking to build a

strong foundation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Review and analyse Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  • Compile relevant information for documentation.
  • Maintain and organize legal files and documents and work on contract management tools.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to legal work.
  • Support the legal team with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Work with and understand the Indian Contract Act 1872.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or a recent law graduate.
  • Strong understanding of legal principles and concepts, particularly the Indian Contract Act 1872.
  • Ability to review and understand NDAs.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong drafting and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
