Trade Compliance Analyst(Fresher)(6 Months contract)

Job Summary:
The Trade Compliance Analyst will be part of a team of customs and export compliance
professionals responsible for Trade Compliance (GTC) program. Among other
responsibilities, GTC oversees performing all customer or transaction screenings, such as
restricted party list reviews, Enhanced Proliferation Controls Initiatives, and ensuring compliance
with export licensing of products and technical data.
With a focus on export screening, the Trade Compliance Analyst will support procedures that
ensure compliance with export regulations and trade compliance laws. The primary role of the
position is to conduct a thorough screening of customers, partners, and transactions to identify risk.
Specific duties and responsibilities include completing, auditing, and updating profiles of end
users, end uses, and end destinations of Company products. This candidate will also work with the
rest of the Global Trade Compliance team is located all over the world.
Requirements:
• Experience in the field of customs and export compliance, specifically in the area of export
screening.
• Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills; fluency in English.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organisational skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, including dealing with complex and sensitive
matters.
Responsibility and Interaction:
• Assist in developing and executing global trade program among a global team that
is currently based in the United States, the Netherlands, Ireland, India, and Singapore.
• Review key information to ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve screening issues and mitigate risk.
• Maintain accurate records of screening activities and outcomes.
• Stay up to date on changes to export regulations and compliance requirements.
• Drive the continuous improvement of the Companys GTC Program, including automating
processes and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and help revise compliance policies and practices in accordance
with changing legal framework and business models
Education & Experience:
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience with screening tools and software - Good to have
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in languages other than English is a plus.
• Freshers - 0 to 6 months experience
• Prior experience working in trade compliance programs in large, global tech
companies are a plus
