Job Title: International Voice Process – Customer Support Executive (Kolkata, Salt Lake)About the Role

  • Entry-level full-time position, ideal for freshers (0–2 years experience).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via voice or chat mediums for international clients.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and provide prompt, professional, and courteous responses.
  • Document and track interactions, resolutions, and escalate when needed.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams for issue resolutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational requirement: minimum 12th Pass (higher secondary).
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written); clear voice and accent.
  • Basic computer literacy—comfortable with navigating systems and data entry.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and customer handling skills.
  • Ready to work flexible hours and adhere to attendance, productivity guidelines.
  • Preferably local to Kolkata for ease of commuting.

Compensation & Benefits (Estimated)

  • Monthly in-hand salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹18000, depending on shift allowance and incentives (Indeed, Jobhai, AmbitionBox).
