Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno Functional Consultant

Job Summary:
The MSD 365 Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, especially Project management and accounting Module and F&O. This role requires a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
Gather and analyse business requirements from various departments.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Dynamics 365 platform.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
Experience: 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 consultant or developer. Proven experience with full-cycle implementations.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform (Finance, SCM, etc.). Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
