POSITION OVERVIEW : We are seeking a skilled AMS Support Techno Functional Consultant to join our team, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will provide application management services (AMS) support by resolving client issues efficiently within SLA guidelines, ensuring smooth supply chain and retail operations. This role requires strong technical and functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AMS Support Techno Functional Consultant to join our team, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will provide application management services (AMS) support by resolving client issues efficiently within SLA guidelines, ensuring smooth supply chain and retail operations. This role requires strong technical and functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely acknowledgment and resolution of client issues using Incident Management tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) for incident resolution and support delivery.
  • Analyze and issue resolutions comprehensively in ServiceNow.
  • Manage shift allocations and perform timely shift handovers to ensure continuous support coverage.
  • Prepare and deliver daily incident reports to project stakeholders.
  • Follow project compliance standards and contribute to the development of project knowledge articles.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Utilize SQL queries and scripts for troubleshooting and data analysis.
  • Support supply chain functions including Inventory, Purchase Order, Sales Order, and Retail POS operations.
