. We are looking for a
Performance Marketer
who can build and scale high-performing ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on
    Google Ads & Meta Ads
    .
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Strategize audience targeting, bidding, and budgeting to maximize results.
  • A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages for better performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
  • Work closely with the creative and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of proven experience
    in running Google & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of delivering measurable results (leads, conversions, revenue growth).
  • Experience in handling campaigns for
    Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, Manufacturing & E-commerce
    industries.

Note: This is a Work From Office job. Relocation to Nagpur is mandatory for interested candidates.
