About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven
Assistant Marketing Manager
to support our growing marketing function. This role requires a performance-oriented professional who can think strategically, execute campaigns efficiently, and guide the creative process with clarity.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyse campaigns across digital platforms, particularly
Meta and Google Ads
, while monitoring social media trends and ensuring all details are meticulously managed.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing:
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with ROI-focused strategies.
- Track budgets, analyse data, and implement improvements for maximum performance.
- Stay updated with new ad features, tools, and policies.
Campaign Ideation & Briefing:
- Conceptualise ad ideas and creative strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Prepare clear, actionable briefs for design, video, and content teams.
- Ensure messaging and visuals are cohesive across all touchpoints.
Social Media & Trends:
- Keep track of emerging social media formats, trends, and content styles.
- Suggest and integrate trend-first ideas into campaigns.
- Ensure content calendars align with both performance and brand goals.
Project & Detail Management:
- Coordinate between design, copy, and media teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Maintain campaign trackers, reports, and detailed documentation.
- Review creatives and copies to ensure brand alignment and error-free delivery.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Suggest improvements based on data-driven observations.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in marketing, preferably in D2C/health-tech/startups. - Strong knowledge of
performance marketing
(Meta Ads, Google Ads). - Exposure to social media marketing and content strategy.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality delivery.
- Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications. An
MBA in Marketing is a plus.
