International Call Centre Executive UK Energy Campaign

Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B calls to UK small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
- Present, negotiate, and close electricity & gas contracts (switching, renewals, and new business).
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly contract closing targets.
- Handle objections and use strong negotiation skills to secure deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, quotes, and closed contracts in CRM.
- Work collaboratively with the UK back office for contract processing.
- Work UK business hours (1 PM 10 PM IST).
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have minimum 1 year of UK SME energy sales closing experience (not residential / not just lead-gen).
- Strong knowledge of UK SME energy contracts (switching, renewals, price comparisons).
- Track record of closing contracts, not only setting appointments.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive voice.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and dialler systems preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently from home.
- Stable internet connection and professional home office setup
