Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and experienced
Student Counselors
who will be responsible for guiding and supporting partner agents and students in pursuing higher education opportunities in the
UK and Australia
. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems, excellent communication skills, and a student-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel and support students (through partner agents) on course selection, university options, and admission processes for
    UK and Australia
    .
  • Work closely with B2B partners to provide accurate and updated information on programs, scholarships, entry requirements, and visa guidelines.
  • Assist in the end-to-end admissions process from application submission to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of partner institutions and stay updated on policy changes or new offerings.
  • Conduct training sessions, webinars, and info sessions for agent partners to improve destination knowledge.
  • Maintain records of counseling interactions and applications using systems and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience
    in student counseling, preferably for
    UK or Australia
    destinations.
  • Prior experience in a
    study abroad agency, university representative office, or B2B education platform
    preferred.
  • Strong understanding of international admissions, visa processes, and educational systems of the UK & Australia.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
