1. Marketing Automation Strategy

  • Implement and optimize automation tools for email, WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM marketing.
  • Develop strategic automation roadmaps aligned with campaign goals and customer lifecycle stages.

2. Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Design and deploy automated funnels to capture, segment, and nurture leads.
  • Implement drip campaigns to move leads through the funnel toward conversion.

3. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor automated marketing campaigns across email and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure timely execution of promotional and lifecycle campaigns.

4. Customer Journey Optimization

  • Map and automate customer journeys to enhance personalization and engagement.
  • Use behavioral triggers and segmentation to tailor content.

5. Data & Performance Analytics

  • Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates).
  • Create monthly performance reports and derive actionable insights.

6. Integration & CRM Management

  • Ensure smooth integration between marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Maintain accurate contact records and segmentations within CRM.

7. A/B Testing & Optimization

  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
  • Implement optimizations based on test results to improve ROI.

8. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with content, design, tech, and sales teams to align messaging and ensure campaign success.
  • Participate in regular strategy and performance review meetings.

9. Compliance & Deliverability

  • Ensure all communications comply with GDPR, WhatsApp policies, and other data protection norms.
  • Monitor email and WhatsApp deliverability metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
