About the Role

We're looking for a
proactive IT cum Admin Manager
to handle our company's IT systems and office administration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations, manage IT infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and oversee administrative functions to support business continuity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and ensure smooth system performance and uptime.
  • Oversee IT security, data backups, and access control management.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and support.
  • Supervise general office administration, procurement, and facility management.
  • Coordinate with departments for system setups and administrative requirements.
  • Manage vendor contracts, AMCs, and office equipment maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration
    .
  • 3–5 years
    of experience in IT management or administrative operations.
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of
    networking, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms
    (AWS/Azure preferred).
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Experience handling
    vendors and office administration
    preferred.
