  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, visitors, and management as required.
  • Assist in handling photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical work.
  • Manage inward and outward documents, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Assist in arranging meetings — setting up rooms, refreshments, and materials.
  • Support office staff in minor tasks such as filing, document delivery, and errands.
  • Handle the pantry area — ensure stock of tea, coffee, sugar, and drinking water.
  • Help in moving office supplies, files, and small packages when required.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of common areas including washrooms and reception.
  • Ensure lights, fans, and electrical equipment are switched off after use.
  • Perform any other administrative or support duties assigned by management.
