Alibag, India Kensington Villas Full time

**You should have experience in Alibag, and be willing to stay in Alibag. We can provide accommodation as part of your CTC package.**:

- You will visit our office in Kala Ghoda once a week for coordination meetings. We will provide conveyance for the same.
- Site Location: Awas, Alibaug (Site is on Main Alibaug Road). We have a second project coming up in Ziradpada as well (3 km nearby).
- This is a long term job with great growth prospects. This is not a project wise appointment, but rather a full time job for long growth with us.
- Responsibilities:

- Execute all interior and MEP works on site as per drawings. Monitor contractor's deliverables.
- Certify bills, and ensure payments are made on time.
- Verify procurement and on-site delivery of all materials, and ensure safe and secure storage of the same.
- Ensure Quality, Safety, Cost and Timelines are looked after.
- Should have knowledge of luxury villas, or luxury hotels finishing.
- Reports: Maintaining the DPR, Monthly reports etc.,
- Quality checking of materials received at site as per the Work Order/Purchase Order.
- Ability to live in Alibaug, and be an independent worker is required
- Should be proficient with Autocad, MS Office / Google Docs, and at least one project management software
- Knowledge of Marathi is preferred, as site is in Maharashtra. But not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
