The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating workers, monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and supporting the Project Engineer/Manager in achieving project timelines and targets. Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines. · Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow. · Check and ensure work quality as per drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards. · Report site progress issues, delays, or discrepancies to the Project Engineer/Manager. · Support quality checks, inspections, and documentation for client/consultant approvals. · Ensure housekeeping, discipline, and proper workflow at the site. Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI in Civil / SSC or HSC with relevant site experience. · Additional certification in construction supervision (preferred but not mandatory) Experience: · 5–15 years of experience in building construction, civil works, or site supervision. · Experience in RCC and structural works preferred. Basic understanding of civil drawings (RCC, architectural, structural). · Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards. · Basic proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp reporting, and photo documentation Good communication skills with workers, subcontractors, and engineers. ·
