Quality Inspection:
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pools, and other

facilities after cleaning to ensure adherence to quality

standards.

Room Management: Run sold room reports, verify room

status, identify discrepancies, prioritize cleaning tasks,

and update the status of departing guest rooms.

Coordination and Communication:
Act as a liaison among Housekeeping, Engineering, Front

Office, and Laundry departments to coordinate efforts

efficiently. Document and resolve issues related to

discrepant rooms in collaboration with the Front Desk.

Staff Management:
Assist Assistant Manager Housekeeping in hiring,

training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating

housekeeping staff. Ensure staff adhere to safety,

security, and company policies.

Guest Interaction:
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to

company standards, addressing service needs and

thanking them with genuine appreciation.

Maintenance Reporting:
Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards,

accidents, or injuries to ensure a safe working

environment,

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
