Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel General Manager located in Bengaluru. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring budgets, coordinating guest experiences, maintaining facilities, and driving overall business growth. The role also involves fostering a sense of community among residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction, and aligning operational goals with FF21's mission of community living.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in General Management and Business Management to oversee operations effectively and achieve organisational objectives.
  • Having Connections with the corporates in Whitefield area in bangalore
  • Strong skills in Customer Service to ensure guest satisfaction and create positive interactions with residents and staff.
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to monitor expenses, optimize resource allocation, and ensure profitability.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to supervise dining services and provide quality offerings.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, problem-solve, and implement creative solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or community living environment is an advantage.
