Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Hotel Management professional to oversee daily hospitality operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hotel operations, front office management, guest relations, and housekeeping supervision. You will ensure smooth service delivery, maintain high guest satisfaction, and support overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office and guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
  • Supervise staff and ensure hotel standards are maintained.
  • Maintain records, inventory, and daily operational reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
  • 2–5 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
