Responsibilities

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention.
- Provide support and training to staff on CRM software and processes.
- Stay updated with CRM trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
