Job Title : NICE CXone Engineer

Qualification : Any Graduate or Above

Relevant Experience : 5 to 8 Years

Must Have Skills :

  1. NICE CXone and Studio

  2. CXone APIs

Good To Have Skills :

  1. ACD, IVR, routing and integrations

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Studio Expertise:

  • Design and implement advanced call flows using NICE Studio, including custom logic and Studio actions.

  • Develop tailored solutions to meet complex business requirements using Studios full capabilities.

  • Platform Implementation & Optimization:

  • Execute configuration and deployment of features across multiple business units.

  • Evaluate and implement new NICE capabilities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and alignment with business goals.

  • Cross-Business Support:

  • Understand and adapt NICE CXone configurations for diverse business needs and operational models.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • System Management:

  • Maintain and optimize NICE CXone components including ACD, IVR, routing, and integrations.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Location : Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune

Notice period : Immediate joiners
