Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customer service solutions using CXone platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions.
  • Develop custom integrations between CXone and other systems using APIs or other integration tools.
  • Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting of CXone instances to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the usage of CXone platform.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in CXone implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, workflow automation, data modeling, reporting/analytics capabilities within CXone platform.
  • Experience working with various technologies such as API integration, web services integration (XML/JSON), database schema design (SQL).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders during project execution.
