Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong internal talent pipeline for Orbit Staffing Innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions within the company.
  • Identify staffing needs by collaborating with department heads and management.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Manage job postings and ensure company branding across hiring platforms.
  • Handle offer negotiations, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
  • Support HR operations and other administrative functions when required.

Requirements:

  • 14 years of experience in recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
