As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services offered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide information about insurance policies and other financial products.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns within defined timelines.
  • Guide customers in selecting the right product based on their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales and service targets.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Telugu or Malayalam or Tamil or Kannada
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
