Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager Human Resources to

lead and oversee key HR functions. The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership, a people-first mindset, and the ability to align HR practices with business goals. This

role involves managing a team and driving initiatives across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Description:

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Act as an HR business partner to senior leadership, supporting workforce planning and organizational development.

  • Translate business needs into effective HR strategies.

  • Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and HR projects.

  • Establish team goals and KPIs; monitor performance and provide regular feedback.

  • Recruitment s Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment; ensure timely hiring of quality talent.

  • Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and workforce plans.

  • Performance s Talent Management

  • Drive the annual performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.

  • Support succession planning and leadership development programs.

  • Employee Engagement s Experience

  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.

  • Analyze engagement data and implement action plans.

  • Employee Relations s Grievance Management

  • Handle complex employee relations issues with fairness and confidentiality.

  • Ensure disciplinary actions and conflict resolution are handled per company policy.

  • HR Operations s MIS

  • Oversee HR MIS reporting, HR dashboards, and data accuracy.

  • Drive process improvements for onboarding, exit, payroll coordination, and compliance.

  • Office Administration s Culture Building

  • Oversee office management, vendor coordination, and ensure a seamless work environment.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee well-being and work-life balance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Masters degree in human resources / MBA HR or related field
  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/team-leading capacity
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional organization is preferred

Please note that this role requires the person to work on international shift one day of a week .
