Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager Human Resources to
lead and oversee key HR functions. The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership, a people-first mindset, and the ability to align HR practices with business goals. This
role involves managing a team and driving initiatives across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Description:
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Act as an HR business partner to senior leadership, supporting workforce planning and organizational development.
Translate business needs into effective HR strategies.
Team Management
Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and HR projects.
Establish team goals and KPIs; monitor performance and provide regular feedback.
Recruitment s Talent Acquisition
Oversee full-cycle recruitment; ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and workforce plans.
Performance s Talent Management
Drive the annual performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
Support succession planning and leadership development programs.
Employee Engagement s Experience
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
Analyze engagement data and implement action plans.
Employee Relations s Grievance Management
Handle complex employee relations issues with fairness and confidentiality.
Ensure disciplinary actions and conflict resolution are handled per company policy.
HR Operations s MIS
Oversee HR MIS reporting, HR dashboards, and data accuracy.
Drive process improvements for onboarding, exit, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Office Administration s Culture Building
Oversee office management, vendor coordination, and ensure a seamless work environment.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee well-being and work-life balance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Masters degree in human resources / MBA HR or related field
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/team-leading capacity
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional organization is preferred
Please note that this role requires the person to work on international shift one day of a week .
