Role Description

We are seeking an Senior profiles in Marketing to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives. The role will be responsible for building impactful marketing strategies, managing brand positioning, driving integrated campaigns, and ensuring strong market visibility. He/She will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing plans aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee 360 marketing strategy covering both digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead brand management from ideation to execution, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement media plans and campaign calendars in alignment with interdepartmental objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively and within timelines.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Drive public relations and communications to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Provide strategic leadership, mentor the marketing team, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end marketing management (digital & non-digital).
  • Strong expertise in brand strategy, campaign ideation, and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, media management, and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in consumer brands, retail, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong execution capabilities.
