We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts for our casting company based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships within the casting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to drive performance and meet sales goals.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the company's customer base.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  6. Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product offerings.
  7. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  8. Monitor sales and marketing metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
  9. Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
