They are on a growth path and are looking to induct talents with a never-give-up attitude.Job Responsibilities The overall purpose is to manage end-to-end sales and business development across business verticals in the assigned geography. The company intends to grow its business in Institutional Catering, Industrial Catering, and Cafeteria services offered to corporates in India. Candidates with relevant experience in sales, business development, and client acquisition in similar businesses may apply. Experience in allied sectors like Hospitality, Hotels, or Facility management may also be suitable. Positions are available in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business through market scouting, networking, connecting with cold prospects, and effective funnel management.
  • Follow market intelligence, capture information about the competition, identify prospects, and build a pipeline for contract catering and banqueting sales.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams during RFP submission, proposals, and operational integration.
  • Prospect through data mining, cold contacting, and meeting scheduling with prospective clients on a daily basis to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Regularly meet with existing clients to strengthen relationships and cultivate organic growth opportunities.
  • Ensure contracts are signed after proper due diligence and adhere to the approval matrix and set processes.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients and Elior for pre- and post-sales issues/escalations.
  • Ensure 2/24 practices (response within 2 hours and resolution within 24 hours) for any queries/communication from clients.
  • Understand funnel management and conversion strategies.
  • Nurture a passion for sales and be able to chase targets.
Skills & Competencies
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, ability to write, and manage internal clients and vendor communication. Effective storytelling ability is a success factor in this role.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong team management and various stakeholder management skills.
  • Market Intelligence: Understanding of geographic dynamism, competition data, and the scope of new business in the Food Services sector.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to minute details on RFPs or detailed reports, work with technology, and report issues on time with the right stakeholders.

Education & Experience
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IHM, or a related field. MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Sales in Food Services, Contract Catering, Corporate B2B sales, Hotel, Hospitality, or Facilities Management.
