Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help in the preparation of HR reports and documents.
  • Support payroll and attendance tracking processes (if applicable).
  • Participate in drafting HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
