Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
PR & Social Media Associate

with a minimum of
3 years of relevant work experience

to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about building a brand's presence from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on digital growth and media relations for a services-based business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of growing a brand's social media following, and a knack for creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Media Liaison:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with
  tier-1 category newspaper and magazine journalists

to secure earned media placements and feature stories.
- Draft and pitch compelling press releases, expert articles, and media kits.
- Proactively identify opportunities for RuhCo's Founder and team to be featured as thought leaders in relevant publications.

Social Media Management & Growth:

• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy, with a focus on
  Instagram

, to drive organic growth from scratch.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and posts, for all social platforms.
- Shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content at our Mumbai office once a week

to maintain a fresh and dynamic social media feed.
- Actively monitor and engage with our online community to build brand loyalty and increase interaction.

Digital Advertising & SEO:

• Manage and optimize
  Meta Ads campaigns

(Facebook and Instagram) to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and content reach.
- Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to create
SEO backlinks

that improve our website's search engine ranking and drive organic traffic.
- Analyze social media and ad performance data to create comprehensive reports and inform future strategies.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling:

• Work closely with the leadership team to translate complex coaching concepts into accessible and compelling content for a diverse audience.
• Assist in the creation of case studies, testimonials, and articles that highlight RuhCo's impact and client success stories.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all communication channels.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of
  3 years of relevant work experience

in a Public Relations or Social Media role, ideally within a
services business

- Demonstrated experience in
liaising with tier-1 journalists

in India.
- A portfolio or case study showcasing your ability to
grow an Instagram following from scratch

- Proven skills in photography and video editing

with a strong understanding of visual storytelling for social media.
- Proficiency in creating and managing
Meta Ads

- Experience with
SEO backlink strategies

and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Based in Mumbai and able to commute to the office weekly for content creation.
