Job designation: Operations Executive (IT Services)

Job Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Experience: 2+ years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners are preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Must be well versed in email writing and communication skills.
  • Must have basic understanding in IT Service side (networking, cloud , DC , Hardware's , OEM etc)
  • Work directly with the Operations Manager to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
  • Keep the Operations Manager advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Must have experience in client documentations like Quotation, Agreements , Sales -Purchase order.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and business activities.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ensure payments are processed on a timely basis to/from customer
  • Maintaining cordial relations with clients.
  • Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
  • Complete a variety of special projects including creating presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports etc.
  • Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
  • Must have leading and self-motivating nature.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
