Role & responsibilities

HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Oversee employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Lead HR operations including payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems

Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Design and implement scalable TA strategies to attract top talent
  • Build employer branding and campus hiring programs
  • Lead a team of recruiters and TA specialists across functions
  • Optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, etc.)
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast and fulfill hiring needs
  • Leverage data and technology to drive hiring efficiency

Preferred candidate profile

  • Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in both HR strategy and high-volume recruitment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with HR tech, ATS, and analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
