About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Associate to support our growing team in Vizag. This role involves managing recruitment, assisting with day-to-day operations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth execution of organizational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR initiatives such as policy updates and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling meetings, managing communication across departments, and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to various teams, including the marketing department, by facilitating approvals, sharing required materials, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Assist management in executing operational tasks efficiently to support overall company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools or management systems.
