Junior HR Executive
with good communication skills and a positive attitude to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Handle attendance and leave tracking.
  • Coordinate basic HR administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR or related field).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
