Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales Staff located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Staff will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. Additional tasks include providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Bajaj Finserv's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct Sales Presentations and Close Deals
  • Customer Service orientation
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
