Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness, stock display, and overall presentation of the store.

Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and participate in regular stock checks.

Follow company policies on sales, returns, and exchanges.

Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and promotional activities.

Handle customer complaints or queries efficiently and escalate when necessary.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and store security procedures.
