Role & responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communications: Develop, execute, and manage B2B marketing communications across channelsdigital, print, events, and internal platformsto build ITC Paperboards & Specialty Papers Division's industry reputation.
  • Content Development: Oversee creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including technical brochures, fact sheets, product sheets, press releases, website updates, and corporate presentations for domestic and international audiences.
  • Media & PR Engagement: Drive internal and external communications as per ITC's standards, ensuring clear brand narratives and stimulating stakeholder engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Leverage partnerships across product, sales, and HR to support launches, sustainability initiatives, and employee engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and use insights for strategy refinement, optimizing ITC PSPD's market visibility in targeted segments.
  • Sustainability & Audit Management Data Consolidation: Aggregate and report sustainability metrics from manufacturing sites, supporting ESG reporting and ITC's circularity and renewable energy initiatives.
  • Audit Coordination: Act as the Head Office's lead for external audits and certifications, including FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), BRC (British Retail Consortium), and CII GreenCo Platinum ratings, ensuring documentation and compliance for ITC PSPD.
  • Sustainability Leadership: Champion initiatives that reinforce ITC's position as a key provider of eco-friendly, responsibly sourced papers and boards, driving innovation in plastic substitution and environmental compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with-

  • Strategic marketing, project management, copywriting, sustainability communications, and familiarity with international certification and audit frameworks is preferred.
