  • You love analyzing data — tracking lead quality, engagement rates, and onboarding metrics.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven startup environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage and convert incoming counselor leads through WhatsApp, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Run marketing-led engagement campaigns to drive counselor sign-ups.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Automation teams to ensure leads flow seamlessly from ads to onboarding.
  • Maintain WhatsApp communities and share weekly updates, contests, and success stories.
  • Identify high-performing counselors and promote them to advanced training programs.
  • Track funnel metrics (leads, onboarded, active %) and optimize conversion rates.
  • Create short updates, newsletters, and communication templates for lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and landing visuals.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Community, Affiliate, or Marketing Coordination roles (EdTech preferred).
  • Strong verbal & written communication in English + Telugu/Hindi.
  • Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Automation, Google Sheets, and campaign tools.
  • A self-starter who enjoys interacting with people and driving results.
  • Must have a personal laptop and willingness to work from office.

Languages Known:

  • Native speaker of Telugu
  • Excellent Proficiency in English

Work Location & Working Days:

  • Work from Office
  • 6-Day Week
  • Weekends will be a working day. Week-off will be on weekdays
