Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms to advertise job openings and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the HRIS.
  • Support onboarding processes, including coordinating orientations, documentation, and setting up new hires for success.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operational functions of the business, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
  • Coordinate logistics for office management, inventory, and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Help manage schedules, meetings, and communication between departments.
  • Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, assisting with process improvements when needed.
  • Support project management initiatives, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
