Job Title Sales Executive / Manager – Pharma Raw Materials & Lab Instruments

  • Key Responsibilities Connect with pharma formulation companies, CROs, and bulk drug manufacturers to promote products.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies for raw materials (APIs, excipients) and lab instruments (HPLC, dissolution testers, balances).
  • Conduct presentations and demos for R&D and QC teams.
  • Work with product specialists for customized client solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with purchase heads and technical teams.
  • Track competitors and market trends to improve sales approach.
  • Coordinate quotes, logistics, and regulatory documents (COA, MSDS, etc.).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend exhibitions, seminars, and vendor meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with pharma quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales of pharma raw materials or lab instruments.
  • Technical knowledge of instruments and formulation processes.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with CRM/ERP tools and documentation.
  • Ready to travel frequently and handle clients independently.
  • Preferred Attributes Experience dealing with R&D, QC, or procurement teams.
  • Knowledge of ICH, GMP, and pharma quality certifications.
  • Network in pharma hubs like Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, or Mumbai.
  • Result-driven with a solution-focused approach.
