About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Fund Mobilization Professional who will be responsible for strategizing and executing initiatives to generate funds from individuals, institutions, and other potential contributors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company), insurance, or financial services sector, with a clear understanding of fundraising dynamics and investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to mobilize funds from individuals, institutions, and investors.

  • Build strong relationships with potential contributors and investors.

  • Create awareness about the Society's financial offerings and cooperative model.

  • Coordinate with senior management on setting realistic and achievable fundraising targets.

  • Monitor market trends in NBFCs and insurance to identify new fund-raising opportunities.

  • Ensure all mobilization activities are compliant with regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare reports on fund-raising performance and investor feedback.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 - 5 years of experience in Fund Mobilization, NBFC, insurance, or related financial sectors.

  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and cooperative structures.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Results-driven with a proven track record in achieving fundraising targets.

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
