About the Role

We are hiring an experienced B2B Sales professional for a leading global organization in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry.

The role involves promoting Building Material and Environmental Testing Services, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships in the Infrastructure and Construction sectors across Mumbai and Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Building Material Testing and Environmental Testing domains.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and infrastructure firms.
  • Conduct meetings, technical presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and support post-sales servicing.
  • Revive inactive clients and develop new geographies.
  • Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and client feedback analysis.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • MBA / Graduate (BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech Civil or Mechanical preferred).
  • 5 to 9 years of experience in B2B Sales within the Infrastructure / Construction / Building Material / Testing / TIC industry.
  • Proven industry network and rapport with builders, developers, and contractors.
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and key account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with business travel.
