Role Description
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle through Vena's CLM platform, with a focus on reviewing, drafting, coordinating, and finalizing customer agreements, including new logo sales, renewals, expansions, NDAs, and SOWs.
This role will ensure timely execution of contracts, support quarter-end and month-end activities, and liaise across Sales, Account Management, Finance, Revenue Operations, Application Support, Professional Services, and Legal to drive efficiency and reduce risk. The role also requires careful handling of confidential documents, with strict adherence to security and confidentiality protocols, the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and openness to leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and accuracy in contract management.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Review, draft, and coordinate changes to sales agreements, renewals, expansions, NDAs, and SOWs.
- Coordinate the review, negotiation, and execution of NDAs, SOWs, and customer agreements.
- Own and manage the CLM system, including templates, workflows, routing, and document tracking.
- Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, Application Support, Professional Services, and Legal to ensure smooth contracting processes.
- Leverage technology, including CLM and AI tools, to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency in contract management.
- Support month-end and quarter-end deadlines by ensuring contracts are processed and executed efficiently.
- Maintain integrity of executed agreements by reconciling signed versions against redlines and agreed changes.
- Handle sensitive and confidential materials with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
- Drive process improvements in contract lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration.

We'd Love to See
- Minimum of 2–3 years in a contract administration role, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
- Familiarity with or openness to using AI tools to enhance efficiency in reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts.
- Excellent oral and written English skills, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Effective negotiation skills and strong business judgment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units
- Ability to work independently on multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to thrive in a rapidly scaling company.
- Commitment to compliance with company policies, practices, and ethical business conduct.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and SharePoint.
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
