Role & responsibilities

  • Developing customer relationships with HoReCa customers and adding new customers.
  • Working closely with Sales and Business development teams to achieve monthly targets and making strategies.
  • Conduction Product training to Sales team on product applications and new trends in HoReCa.
  • Showcasing newly launched products to regional key account customers and new customers by conducting demos and samplings.
  • Developing new Recipes around products (Such as Gravies, tomato puree etc)
  • Providing Training to Customers (Chefs and team) on application of product, multiple applications and USP of the product.
  • Closely working with New start-ups for by assisting them in Menu development and providing solutions in terms of culinary support.
  • Responsible for sales & awareness of new products to clients.
  • Supporting Sales Team in maintaining adequate stocks at Distributor point, to avoid wastage & enable 100% fill rate..
  • Taking ownership of key accounts by providing end to end solutions to them within the available portfolio.
