Executive HRMS
Job Profile
In this role of an Executive in HRMS Department you would be responsible for managing end to end insurance
portfolio and ensure 100% securing assets by taking appropriate property insurance located across country
Key Responsibilities -
Portfolio Management
Billing
Prepare and review insurance calendar for
various type/ renewal of insurance policies
Ensure timely processing of all related invoices
¢ Keep periodic check on pending payments
¢ Maintain data of various assets list with policy
renewal dates
¢ Liaise with vendor / accounts team as required for
related matters
¢ Coordinate with site in-charges & accounts on
monthly basis for assets data (addition / deletion)
¢ Maintain MIS
¢ Ensure no duplication of assets covered under
different policies
¢ Skills: having working knowledge of various type
of property insurance specially one had managed
residential property insurance, under construction
properties, marine policy, risks policy etc.
¢ Liaise with procurement for renewal of policies
¢ Evaluate the insurance proposal along-with
procurement team and recommend the policy to be
covered
¢ Good negotiation & communication skills, ability to
convince, team player, command on MS Office
especially advance excel & PPT.
¢ Ensure all the policies are renewed well before
its expiry date
Qualification: commerce graduate
Practice: 5 to 10 years experience.
¢ Liaise with various site in charges / surveyors /
vendors for claim settlements
¢ Liaise with various site in charges / surveyors /
vendors for repair / replacement proposal for
settlement of claims
¢ Ensure the all the claims reported are settled
within agreed time frame
¢ Coordinate with accounts team for insurance
renewal payments & claim settlements
¢ Maintain the claim trackers
