Role Overview As a Procurement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing domestic procurements to ensure that all production-related materials and components are sourced in a timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven manner. Reporting to the Procurement Head, you will focus on maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting seamless production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Procurement

· Identify and source domestic suppliers for production materials and components.

· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize procurement efficiency.

· Evaluate new suppliers and alternatives to diversify and strengthen the supply chain.

Vendor Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic vendors to ensure reliability and consistency.

· Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery commitments.

· Resolve any supplier-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Inventory Coordination

· Collaborate with the production and planning teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.

· Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishments to avoid stockouts.

· Ensure accurate documentation and records for all procurement transactions.

Cost and Quality Optimization

· Support the Procurement Head in identifying opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality.

· Ensure procured materials meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Compliance and Process Adherence

· Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements for domestic procurement.

· Maintain updated procurement records and support audits as needed.

· Contribute to the implementation of procurement processes and ERP systems.

Requirements

· 4–6 years of experience in procurement, preferably in appliances, electronics, or consumer durables.

· Strong knowledge of domestic sourcing and vendor management.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement analytics.

· Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
