
Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive B2B sales of our most in-demand services – Digital Marketing Solutions (including Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Web Design, and Branding). The candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers.
Prospect, identify, and generate new B2B business leads through calls, emails, and social media.
Present and promote Digital Marketing services to potential clients in various industries.
Understand client requirements and create tailored proposals/solutions.
Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with decision-makers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
Keep updated with the latest trends in digital marketing services and competitors' offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales / telesales / business development (digital marketing sales preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and pitch suitable services.
Strong self-motivation and target-driven mindset.
Knowledge of digital marketing basics (SEO, SMM, PPC, Branding, Website Design) is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and online communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
Compensation & Growth:
Probation Period: 3 months.
Salary Structure: Fixed salary + attractive incentives on sales.
Increment Policy: On successful performance during probation, salary will be revised.
