Job Description:

We are seeking motivated, results-driven sales representatives to sell our USA-based website design and development services. This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping businesses grow online.

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage prospects, and close website sales. You will represent a reputable, U.S.-based development team and work with small to mid-sized businesses looking to improve their online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through cold outreach, referrals, social media, or networking
  • Present and explain our website design/development services to prospects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored web solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Track and report on sales activities and pipeline progress
  • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth project onboarding

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, or web development services (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of website functionality, user experience, and online branding
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working on a commission-only basis
  • Reliable internet connection and access to basic tools (email, phone, CRM if needed)

  • 100% Commission-Based Pay
  • Generous commission structure (e.g., 20%–30% per closed deal)
