Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Kolkata, India. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen interest in learning the U.S. staffing process. This opportunity is open to freshers and professionals with up to 3 year of experience looking to build a rewarding career in U.S. recruitment.

Position I. IT Recruiter USA/Canada

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing priorities and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Draft, update, and post job descriptions across online platforms
  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards ((Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn, MeetUp, Twitter. Reddit), employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Understand job requirements and match qualified candidates based on skills, experience, and availability.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries/rates, and close candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
  • Work closely with the Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates during the entire recruitment process and maintain relationships for future opportunities.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made.

Position II. Client Acquisition Executive- USA/Canada:

  • Creates proposals for providing staffing services, customized to prospective clients needs.
  • New Client Acquisition by engaging with key stakeholders in the prospective organization.
  • Creating new business opportunities & independently managing sales.
  • Engaging with the key decision-makers to acquire business & managing their relationship.
  • To generate leads along with assigned team & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
  • Responsible in materializing existing vendor/client accounts or contracts and build this network.
  • To manage time and workflow and create effective client meeting plans for his/ her team.
  • Lead Generation for acquiring new clients.
  • Conversion off the leads.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Take briefings and feedback from clients
  • Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business Interact routinely with various levels of management, functional leads, other staff, and customers Ability to travel as required, based on negotiated work location

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or Relative field.
  • Strong understanding of US market trends and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Prior recruitment or staffing experience (preferred: engineering, surveying, IT, or professional services) is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under night shifts
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interact with compliance/Hiring Managers and Business Owners.
  • Knowledge of online recruiting tools , LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.). is preferred.
