We provide free consultation, personalized guidance, and end-to-end support—from profile building to university admissions and visa filing.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential students and educational institutions.
- Explain Crossora’s services: profile evaluation, university shortlisting, SOP/LOR assistance, visa filing, etc.
- Provide detailed guidance on study abroad options (UK, USA, Canada, Australia).
- Handle student queries related to documentation, exam prep, visa processes, and interview training.
- Convert leads to confirmed student enrollments through follow-ups and consultations.
- Record all student interactions in the CRM system accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with internal counselors and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly conversion targets.

**Required Qualifications**
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, Career Counselor or student counseling (preferred in the education domain).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion skills and ability to manage objections.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
- Basic understanding of international university admissions processes.

**Fixed Salary Part Time**: ₹2,500 - ₹3,500 per month

**Incentives**: Up to ₹20,000 per confirmed student admission to an international university

**Working Hours**:

You will be required to **make sales calls** (not just handle inquiries). Demonstrate confidence and ability in **selling** over the phone.

Pay: ₹3,500.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
